Proof of Field Trip and Documentation

Grantees receiving funding from The Trip Foundation are required to provide photographic or video proof that the funded field trip has been conducted. This documentation should be submitted to The Trip Foundation for verification purposes.

Invoices from Vendors

Additionally, grantees are required to submit copies of all invoices from vendors providing services for the funded trips. This documentation is essential for tracking and accounting purposes.

Media Releases

In consideration of receiving funding and support from The Trip Foundation, each student attending the trip must provide a media release form signed by the student's parent or guardian. This release confirms that the student's image and likeness can be used for promotional and educational purposes by The Trip Foundation.

Liability Disclaimer
